Sewing Group
The Sewing Group started through a sewing class for beginners and has since continued. They are still being taught new skills and also how make their own clothing but the group is open for anyone who has a sewing machine and basic sewing skills and would like to join in.
Making a cross
Everyone was quite keen on another group project so we made a cross to go on the church cafe wall.

Making a shirt
We learned how to use a pattern and to start with we are all working on a simple shirt.
Alterations
Learning how to alter clothing that needs altering.
Christmas Tree
The group did very well in sewing a great looking Christmas Tree and bunting for our Cafe area.
Don't they look great with their home made Tote bag. This was only in their second week of learning how to sew.
Beginner's Sewing Class
It all started with a Beginner's sewing class. The participants all concentrating hard.
